Application
& Move-In Fees
- Application Fee: $50.00 per
applicant (18+)
Application fees are non-refundable. - Security Deposit: One and half months
rent per unit

Fees
- Non-Refundable Pet
Fee: $250.00 per pet (due at move-in)
- Monthly Pet Rent: $50.00 per pet
Monthly
& Utility Fees
- Electric and Gas Service
Fee: $30.00 per billing cycle if utilities are not
placed in the residents name
Additional
Fees
- NSF Fee: $50.00
- Late Fee: $100
- Early Termination
Fee: Equivalent to one month of base rent plus any
concessions received
Pet
Policy
- Maximum Pets Allowed: 2
- Maximum Adult Weight: 25 lbs per total
weight combined
- Allowed Pets: Dogs and cats
Requirements:
Pets must be house-broken and properly vaccinated.
Breed
Restrictions:
Breed restrictions include, but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow Chow,
Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Elkhound, Rottweiler, German
Shepherd, St. Bernard, Great Dane, and Wolf Breeds.
Renters
Insurance Requirement
Hillcrest
apartments requires all residents to maintain renters insurance with:
- Minimum Liability
Coverage: $100,000
- Minimum Personal
Property Coverage: $10,000
